Mediconcen at Summer Davos 2025: From Global Stage to National Spotlight

Following our participation at the World Economic Forum’s Summer Davos 2025 — where we joined global leaders as part of the Hong Kong delegation led by Financial Secretary Paul Chan — Mediconcen has now been featured in Wen Wei Po for our contributions to healthcare innovation and cross-border technology integration.

This time, our CEO William Yeung took the stage during the forum’s Corporate Testimonials segment, sharing how Mediconcen has grown from a Cyberport-backed startup into a regional healthtech innovator. Our blockchain-powered medical ecosystem — the first of its kind in Hong Kong — is now driving insurance automation across Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Middle East.

The forum also opened up meaningful exchanges with Tianjin’s government and enterprises, where we explored opportunities to bring our AI and blockchain solutions into China’s insurance sector. William highlighted the openness of the mainland innovation environment and the critical role Cyberport has played in supporting our journey from local to global.
We’re continuing to expand our “Southeast Asia–China” cross-border medical payment network — a step toward more connected, efficient healthcare systems in the digital age.

Thanks to all our partners and supporters who continue to walk this journey with us. The recognition is encouraging — and the work continues.
