At MediConCen, Henry focuses on deploying AI-powered claims automation, combining Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Straight-Through Processing (STP), and Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) analytics to help insurers achieve greater accuracy, speed, and transparency.
His vision is clear: to make claims not just a cost center, but a core enabler of trust, efficiency, and competitive edge in the digital era.
